School of Squash

If you thought Racket Up Squash Academy was strictly confined to the four walls of a squash court, think again! Staying true to our mission statement “to provide a platform and pathway for people to get into squash”, we reach out to local primary and secondary schools and offer the opportunity for their students to get their first experience of our beautiful game.

With the help of our portable Mini Squash rebound walls, you can literally play anywhere, making the sport completely accessible whatever the weather!

Working in conjunction with each schools Sport’s Co-ordinator we’re able to offer long, medium and short-term plans of progressive content that’s backed by the National Governing Body, England Squash. Our syllabus ticks all the boxes for the current National Curriculum with a core focus on ABC (agility, balance and co-ordination) development coupled with teaching the fundamentals (and splendours) associated to squash.

You can learn more about this comprehensive framework specific for both Primary & Secondary Schools by clicking the link below:

At Racket Up we believe that by bringing squash to the schools, it will not only aid the development of gifted and talented players for future generations but also improve the exposure and demographic of young players experiencing squash for the very first time!

”No longer will these kids refer to Robinsons or Butternuts when posed the question “What is Squash?”
